Invoices paid by wire transfer or credit card are NOT subject to discount.

Customers will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus freight charges for

the return of ALL STOCK ITEMS.

Custom orders are NOT RETURNABLE.

All Customer Pickups must be scheduled 24 hours in advance.

PLEASE NOTIFY BERK WIPER CUSTOMER SERVICE IF ANY ITEMS

ARE MISSING OR DAMANGED UPON DELIVERY.

ALL DISCREPANCIES MUST BE NOTED ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT.

NO CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN FOR SHORTAGES IF PIECES ARE NOT SIGNED FOR WHEN RECEIVING OUR DELIVERIES.
